Artist Jury Requirements & Guidelines
The Standard
All applications are subject to a jury process to ensure quality and authenticity.

Originality: All work must be the original design of the applicant and handcrafted by the artist.

Prohibited Items: We do not accept imported, mass-produced, resale, or "buy/sell" items. Machine-tooled or machine-patterned goods are also prohibited.

Final Authority: Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Saturday Art Market (SAM) jury.
Booth & Membership Policies

Shared Booths: Each artist in a shared booth must be individually juried and accepted.

Membership Fees: Every artist is responsible for the $75 annual membership fee, regardless of whether they share a space.

Compliance: Artists must not bring pets to their booth. Early departures are prohibited and may result in exclusion from future events.

Setup: Must be completed by 9:00 am.

Teardown: Begins after 1:00 pm.
Application Checklist
To be considered for the market, please submit the following:

Completed Application: Ensure all fields are filled out accurately.

Portfolio Images: Provide 5–8 high-quality photos of your finished work (formats: .jpg, .png, or Word doc).
Post-Acceptance Requirements
If accepted, you must provide the following within 30 days of notification (or before your first market date, whichever comes first):

MN State Form ST-19: Required by the State of Minnesota.

Payment: Your $75 annual membership fee.

Once you have been Accepted by the Jury Committee into Saturday Art Market, You may submit your $70 Payment Here. Please note there is a 2.9% online service fee.
